convenient location polite staff nice breakfast

The location is certainly convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. Staff at the reception were polite. They were cute. Breakfast was convenient. It was also nice.

The street was noisy. I woke up many times.

early check-in helpful staff perfect location double-glazed windows

the hotel allowed early check-in. i found the staff helpful always. location proved perfect being opposite santa ana square with many restaurant options. the double-glazed windows ensured quietness inside the room which i appreciated.

the bathroom fan and the light above the sink did not worked. i also noted the absence of slippers and a bathrobe.

some issues with the stay.

terrible lighting unconcerned staff

The staff seemed unconcerned when i reported issues. a lot of noise came from a nearby restaurant. The hotel's insulation did nothing to block it. the terrible lighting did not help. the room was open when i arrived, odd. the staff said it was for airing, despite the air conditioning. i later realized they were drying the carpet, as my socks got soaked from the moisture.

Really good Experience

central location walking distance minor difficulty main road

The location IS WONDERFUL. It is within walking distance to nearly everything like shopping, restaurants, and tourist spots. Access for Uber or Bolt faced minor difficulty due to narrow streets. Despite a strike that caused a 30-minute delay exiting to the main road, I would still choose this hotel.

The street proved a bit noisy and I woke up a few times at night.

The breakfast offered a good range of options. HOWEVER, there could be more diversity staying multiple days. The breakfast area could be slightly chilly, and the music played was somewhat loud.

some issues

disruptive noise levels inattentive staff

The noise levels were disruptive , particularly late at night. i could hear everything from neighboring rooms , it made it hard to sleep. also , i was surprised by the lack of attentiveness from the staff when i reported the noise . It seemed like my concerns were dismissed. the air conditioning made strange noises too.

the location was great to discover the centre on foot. Good restaurants and cafes were nearby. The hotel was clean. Air conditioning worked well.

it was SO NOISY from the street. i woke up lots of time during the night. our toilet was broken all the fun!
